The operating system CentOS 7, which is installed on a number of older Managed VPS packages, has recently reached its End-of-Life. This means that the operating system is no longer maintained, which could potentially cause problems in the future.
As a result, we have begun gradually upgrading all affected servers. This will result in downtime, and we will do our utmost to carry out the upgrades late in the evening to minimize downtime.
After the upgrade is completed, a report will be added to your server. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Currently, five servers still need to be migrated to AlmaLinux 8. As these servers require a bit more preparation and attention, we have decided to extend the maintenance window until December 1st. We expect that all servers will have completed their upgrade by then.

We have now successfully upgraded more than 100 servers to AlmaLinux 8. The remaining servers will be upgraded before November 1, with each upgrade taking place between 22:00 and 02:00. Please be aware of a downtime of approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
Before each upgrade, we create a snapshot of your server, so that in the event of an unforeseen situation, we can always revert to the previous stable version of your server.

We are extending this maintenance to allow sufficient time to upgrade the remaining servers. Several dozen servers have already been upgraded.
