Due to a spam incident originating from one of our clients’ servers, a single IP address of our outgoing anti-spam relay is currently blocked by several email providers, including Microsoft.

The issue has now been resolved and a delisting request has been submitted. We will keep you informed as best as possible and expect that you will be able to send emails to all addresses again later today.

We have received confirmation from Microsoft that the IP addresses associated with our outgoing anti-spam relay have been unblocked.

Please note that it may take several hours for this delisting to fully propagate globally. In the meantime, you may still receive temporary block notifications.

Our outgoing anti-spam relay has now been removed from four blacklists. We are also in contact with Microsoft to lift the remaining block affecting domains such as outlook.com, hotmail.com, and live.nl.

In the meantime, we have implemented additional measures to prevent recurrence. We are also working closely with the client involved to permanently resolve the underlying issue that triggered the spam incident.
